A. A two day gathering, BBQ, group drive, and party in Salida, Colorado for German car nutbags.
Q. What is on the schedule?
A. Whatever you want. Show up and relax. Show up and party. Show up and show off your car. Show up and drive. Just make sure to show up. No lame excuses, please.
Q. Who puts this shindig on?
A. No one cool enough to brag about. This is a new take on car events in our area. No sponsors. No trophies. No real schedule. We are also proud to announce no BS, just good fun, cool cars and cool people. It is what you make it, so make it not suck.
Q. How much does it cost?
A. Gas money to get to Salida, I guess. Bring your own grub for the BBQ. Get a room at the official hotel or pitch a tent in the woods and camp. We have provided info to pay and free campsites in the area as well as info on the official hotel. Be sure to book your room or camp site far in advance so you aren't homeless.
Q. What is all this party talk?
A. Join us at the official bar Saturday night after the BBQ for drinking and debauchery. Camp out and party in the woods or at the hotel. Feel free to have a good time. Just be mindful of all laws and try not to get thrown in the pokey. No sponsors mean we don't have any money, which means we aren't going to bail anyone out of the slammer. We also want to be welcome for years to come, so don't screw things up for everyone else, jackass.
Q. How can I help?
A. We have no budget, no staff, no time, and no friends. We hope that enthusiasts help promote this event. It is only going to be as good as the people who show up.
